A deeptech trajectory to build together.

Dynervolink structures the clinical screening of dynamic nerve compressions, the under-detected neurological component of many MSDs. The discipline is in practice today at the Institute in Tours, backed by an independent academy, and feeds an R&D effort grounded in real field data. We are opening the funding round and the scientific partnerships that will carry this trajectory forward.

What is already here

A real discipline, not a promise.

Before being a deeptech trajectory, Dynervolink rests on a clinical practice operated in the field. 4 verifiable points.

A care site

Operational since 2025

The Institute of Dynervology of Tours Métropole operates with six AFD-referenced practitioners, in real-world consultation.

An independent academy

Scientific assurance

The discipline is structured and publicly documented by the AFD, legally distinct from Dynervolink. The science does not depend on commerce.

Instrumented evidence

The phenomenon is objectified

A first instrumented series measures, through sensors, a functional recovery from the first month, and objectifies the clinical reality of dynamic nerve compression.

A trajectory under way

Deeptech seed stage

R&D draws on public seed-funding schemes, built around pseudonymised and governed field data.

The investment thesis

A clinical breakthrough first, a technological one next.

This is not one more digital tool, but a genuine clinical approach, operated in the field, on which an ambitious R&D effort is built.

Dynervology names a component that mechanical reading and electrodiagnostics often leave silent, dynamic nerve compression. It is a clinical angle in its own right, structured by an academy and operated at the Institute, not a by-product of a digital use.

On this basis, R&D formalises expert clinical reasoning into guidance support, built on real, pseudonymised and governed field data, with a clear horizon: a digital twin of the dynervologist. It is a research trajectory, not a delivered system: Dynervolink claims no medical device before the qualification targeted in 2030. The approach fits within the French and European regulatory framework and within the public-health orientations set by the competent authorities (ARS, HAS, Ministère de la Santé).

The trajectory

What is operational today, and what comes next.

A tangible trajectory that starts from what already exists. No step is conditioned on any specific funding.

Today

Operational

Structured clinical protocol, standardised data collection, operational clinical demonstrator at the Institute in Tours.

Next step

Annotated corpus

Building a first annotated clinical corpus, multi-practitioner, pseudonymised and governed.

Horizon

Models & interface

First inference models and a guidance-support interface, clinically validated.

2030 target

Digital twin of the dynervologist

A digital medical device for guidance support, targeted for certification under EU MDR Regulation 2017/745.

What we are looking for

Partners sought.

The scope is deliberately clear: each type of partner answers a specific stage of the trajectory.

Deployment

Pilot organisations

Organisations ready to pilot a structured screening and guidance programme.

Funding

Health investors & public schemes

Business angels and health funds: seed stage of the deeptech trajectory.

Scientific & tech

Laboratories, data, NLP

Academic and technical expertise for formalising clinical reasoning.

Operational

Practitioner trainers

Physiotherapists, occupational therapists, osteopaths: clinical relays and trainers.

The detailed dossier, including market sizing and a quantified trajectory, is shared on qualified request. Dynervolink operates upstream of the care pathway, with no medical act or diagnosis in the regulatory sense.
